Well-known Chef
Robert Beaulieu has brought upscale, urban New
England experience in fine dining establishments to Lockport.
A native of Monson, Massachusetts, Bob was Assistant
Chef at the Publick House, an historic inn and restaurant
in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, then Head Chef at a neighboring
restaurant, Crabapples. He is a graduate of the New England
Culinary Institute. He worked at the Four Seasons Hotel
in Philadelphia as a Chef before moving to Lockport with
his wife, Ann, in 1990.
Lockport
native Ann Murphy-Beaulieu worked at the Publick House
as the Dining Room, Banquet & Inn Manager. She worked
there for about 5 years when she met her husband, Bob. In
Philadelphia,
PA, Ann worked for the Four Star Rittenhouse Hotel
as a Restaurant
Manager,
in their fine dining restaurant.
Ann
& Bob have owned the Shamus Restaurant since 1990.
With a great staff, they strive to make your dining experience
very enjoyable. Ann & Bob currently make their home
in Lockport with their four children.
